I am thoroughly enjoying some nesting time with my maternity leave and counting down the days until my little one arrives. I have so far taken four months to truly drop into mummy mode and get my mind, body and spirit prepared for my journey ahead. I am looking forward to coming out of this time lightly and sharing with you all my vegan pregnancy nutrition, exercise and care activities that I have used up until now. I feel that YouTube will be the best spot to easily share this conversation so please keep an eye out on my channel.
I will also be checking in lightly over the next few months over Facebook and Instagram if you are interested to see little snippets from me here and there. Of course, when things are truly back up and running again I will be sharing all the latest news through my newsletter and hopefully will have some other goodies available to you later in the year.
Taking this time to grow and bond with my little person has been so rewarding, exciting and completely surprising. I cannot wait to share with you some of my tips and insights once the dust settles from her arrival and I look forward to speaking to you again really soon.
