-1 cup almonds
-2 cups filtered water
1. Soak nuts overnight and discard soak water
2. Add nuts and filtered water to blender and blend.
3. Pour through a nut mylk bag to create a creamy texture.
4. Keeps for 3-4 days in the fridge.
Optional ingredients: 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp coconut oil.
